We’re building modern tooling for Canadian accountants — the kind of clean, secure client experience that used to take a six-figure IT budget to pull off.
Our mission
Our mission is to replace the email-and-spreadsheet chaos that most accounting firms run on. Give every firm — from solo CPAs to 10-person shops — the same clean, secure client experience that the Big Four take for granted.
The software shouldn’t be the hard part of running an accounting practice. Cram handles the coordination layer so you can focus on the work only you can do.
Why we built Cram
The founder spent time working alongside accounting firms and saw the same thing everywhere: T4 season chaos, clients not responding to email, files buried in long threads, no single view of where things stood.
Deadlines would slip not because the accountant wasn’t on top of things — but because the client hadn’t uploaded a single document, and the only way to know that was to dig through email.
Cram was built to solve exactly that. One place for every document request, every message, every task — visible to both you and your client, with no chasing required.
What we believe
Accounting is already complex. Your tools shouldn't be. Every feature we ship has to be obvious enough that you can use it without reading a help doc.
Client data is the most sensitive thing we touch. We treat it that way — with encryption at rest, strict access controls, and Canadian data residency as a non-negotiable.
Built for PIPEDA, CRA workflows, and Canadian tax seasons. We're not a US product with a Canadian flag slapped on it. The product is designed here, for here.
Every hour saved on admin is an hour you can bill or give back. We obsess over eliminating friction — because your time has real dollar value.
